I am a new user to BitTorrent, but they do appear to have a limited amount of sheet music. Try searching ';sheet music'; on www.bittorrent.com/ However, there were few results to this search. Better to try searching for the specific piece of music that you want.
Otherwise, for hard copies of sheet music, try local libraries such as public ones and university music ones.
